This proposal was unique because the focus was not on one event, but four key events. Pitching to Toyota Canada Inc., the team presented distinct venues, creative concepts, detailed agendas and location-based activities for Toyota and Lexus’ National Dealer Meetings and President’s Club Events. The goal was to provide memorable, motivational meeting and event experiences for 20-600 guests while achieving cost-conscious solutions.
As the creative business development coordinator at Wellington, I collected the team’s research and combined it into one book, spanning across 100+ pages. The design needed to be impressive and innovative. Each event was color coordinated, separated with a tab and spiral-bound, to allow for easy maneuvering.
