HomeServices Title has been offering a full spectrum of title, escrow and closing services for buyers and sellers in Nebraska since 1981. Since opening its doors, HomeServices Title has gone through multiple name changes. Most recently known as Nebraska Land Title and Abstract (NLTA), in 2018 the company made the shift to its current name, as a subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc.
Before the change became official, I phased in current and fresh marketing materials to give the brand a facelift. As a member of the marketing team for HomeServices of Nebraska, I created a brochure to target new construction builders. The size varied from a typical trifold brochure, in hopes it would stand out. I also designed insert cards to be placed inside the brochure flap, which could be easily switched out for multi-purpose uses.
Making this transition as seamless as possible, I designed and distributed postcards to inform customers of the undergoing changes.
