300 attendees, two international destinations, 13 days total, and multiple awards and reception dinners
Going to bid against competitors, this prospective client issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for their upcoming President’s Club Events, an incentive trip for the company’s Sales Department. The client expected a high level of service to make attendees feel VIP and wished to see cost-effective, quality solutions.
Wellington's business development team fully researched and vetted this RFP. I am happy to have had the opportunity to design this book from cover to cover and present the team’s exciting ideas.
In addition, as part of the proposal process, a second book was created to answer the RFP questions. I designed and laid out the responses, but also assisted with the copy. Both books were printed with a soft matte cover, saddle stitch bound.
